This cape can be purchased from Victor at the White Stone City Marketplace for 2900 gold coins.
Effects
Gives the Excavator Perk when worn, that means, it doubles how much each of your successful harvests gets you. Does not reduce Harvesting Experience Points. You will now get points for the first 240 items since you harvest 2 at a time for the same experience points as one item.
You cannot wear this cloak if you already have the Excavator Perk. This cloak will not work on harvestables that consume items.
