[HAWKfeather @ 6]: What it does is double your speed, but will consume 1 unit of food every 2 steps (50% chance per step). Once the food level gets under a certain number, [HAWKfeather @ 6]: you will stop for about 1 second, then you will revert back to walking.

As of 2/11/2009 the rate has been changed. I have 600 EMU and it takes 5 food every step at full load. Id like some confirmation on this before adding it --Nerdz 20:56, 11 February 2009 (UTC)
When empty I get 1 food per 4 to 5 steps, when full I get 2 food every 1 step with a 50% chance to do 1 food per step --Nerdz 18:48, 12 February 2009 (UTC)
