Vanquisher Perk

Effects
- +1 attack and +1 defense on top of your actual attack and defense levels.
The extra points count only in combat. (For example, they are not taken into consideration for determining if in the level range for an instance.)
This perk does not get removed if you reset.
Costs
- None
Awarded on the completion of a quest.
