Although there are many magic shops located through out the lands of Draia, it should be noted that only the two in White Stone specialize in assisting the aspiring magic user. The one in Portland caters to those who will be crafting jewelry.
White Stone City
Regia is one of the two merchants that sell Sigils and does trade in essences. Her Sigils sell for 400gc each.
