Mana Burn Ward

- Mana Burns
3 + (engineering level)/10material and ethereal points for each step while in the range of the ward. - Only works against players in PK situations. This includes total war between guilds and against players with the One Perk. It does not affect creatures.
- Warning: Also affects the person who placed it.
