Usage
Enter {{spoiler|text}} inside an article section. Example:

There's a showhide extension for mediawiki:
<showhide>Some public text __HIDER__
<hide>And this is the description of the secret</hide>
</showhide>
But maybe the spoiler extension is the better choice:
