Effects
- Can only be obtained by trading some awards at a new NPC.
- Harvesting tools are 1/3 less likely to break and manufacturing tools (molds, etc.) 20% less likely to break.
This perk does not get removed if you reset. (not verified yet)

Awarded on the completion of a quest.
