Remote Heal

- Heals the target's Material Points based on the magic level of the caster
(Rationality * Magic Level) / 48 + (random number between 7 and 12) = Material Points recovered
- You can't heal the target, if you are the last one, who has been in combat with it
- You can attack (ranged/melee) the target with another char to allow your char to heal it
- You have to logout/login with the healer
