This page seems to be currently unused and there's no link from 'encyclopedia content' to it. Maybe we could use this one here and get rid of the /Tools page? (Please also see the discussion there).
- I believe that it's better to use this page because we can also place here other items that don't fit in any other categories and it solves the name conflict with “outside tools”. We can move what's in /tools to this page. I can't help with the "encyclopedia content" problem. - Zarkuu
