There are several caves closed with "strong magic" including the one you get to via the ladders right by the Sedicolis entrance.
Just FYI, I checked out all the other caves and the only one that looks interesting (besides the ones mentioned here) is one with books in the very north.
The cave by the PV entrance has a wall hanging - behind which is a ladder to the 'brown cave'

Secret spots
- A horseshoe west of the lake (at extreme edge) leads to a cave with no real use.
- The shield on the front of the ship leads to a secret area.
- There is a secret area in the tavern - click the brown bottle in the rack behine the counter. Again nothing much there.
