There are several caves closed with "strong magic" including the one you get to via the ladders right by the Sedicolis entrance.
Just FYI, I checked out all the other caves and the only one that looks interesting (besides the ones mentioned here) is one with books in the very north.
The cave by the PV entrance has a wall hanging - behind which is a ladder to the 'brown cave'
