Potion of Speed Hax

Any potions made before it was removed are still in the game, but they will not work.
What it did when it was usable: Doubles your speed, you consume food as you do so. The amount of food you consume is proportional with the weight you carry (compared to your max load). Once your food level gets below -29, you will stop for about 1 second, then you will revert back to walking.
