At the coordinates [89,143], you can find the entry to the two level Portland Titanium Mine. The upper level has 2 Skeletons . The lower level contains 2 Skeletons, 2 Armed Skeletons, a Large Spider with a sub section containing a Phantom Warrior and a Large Spider. It's a place of frequent invasions and thus is not a place to be away from the keyboard, long term.
