Training Magic
- First spell to learn is Heal
- Sigils required: Increase, Health
- May be purchased from the Magic Shps in White Stone
- Requires 1 Health Essence to cast
- Next is Remote Heal - Magic Level 3 Required
- Sigils required: Global,Increase, Health
- Requires 1 Health Essence and one Magic Essence to cast
- Shield - Magic Level 9 require to cast
- Sigils required: Create, Matter, Protection
- Requires 1 Matter Essence to cast
- NB this need not only be used during fighting. It can and should be used as often as possible. During alching, mining, walking, etc. One of the best ways to Train up magic.

- First off is the Heal spell
- There are two sigils needed to begin - Restore and Health. They may be purchased from the Magic Shops in White Stone. One is in White Stone City and the other in Graham's Village. NB once you have bought a sigil it disappears from the NPC window, so you need not worry about buying the same twice.
- Health Essences are required to cast this spell.
