Alchemy
Alchemy allows you to make essences and metal bars. The higher your alchemy level, the less you will fail at making essences or bars.
Your First Essence (Fire)
Fire essences are used in most jewelry and bars.
Requirements
- 1 Sulfur
- 1 Red Snapdragons
- 1 Red Rose
- 1 Leather Gloves
Walkthrough
The first essence you will make is the fire essence. It is used for most bars and jewelry. Get at least 1 of each of the following: Sulfur, Red Snapdragons, Red Rose. Don't forget to wear leather gloves when harvesting Sulfur. The Tutorial NPC gives 3 leather gloves for completing the Manufacturing Quest. Once you have made sure your food level is above 0 and you have those in your inventory put one of each in the manufacture window. Click either Mix or Mix all and if you don't fail you will have created a fire essence.
Summary
Your Second Essence (Water)
Water essences are used by Crafters.
Requirements
- 1 Blue Lupine
- 1 Blue Star Flower
- 1 Blue Quartz
- 1 Sapphire
- 1 Pickaxe
Walkthrough
The second essence you will make is the water essence. It is used by Crafters. Get at least 1 of each of the following: Blue Lupine, Blue Star Flower, Blue Quartz and Sapphire. To harvest Blue Quartz you will need to buy a pickaxe from any General Store. Harvesting Sapphires requires an Inorganic Nexus of 4 and Knowledge. Sapphires can be bought from the NPC Harvey in Desert Pines. Once you have made sure your food level is above 0 and you have those in your inventory put one of each in the manufacture window. Click either Mix or Mix all and if you don't fail you will have created a fire essence.
