At combat level 215.5, the clops were still attacking me. 216.25 (got an attack level) and they stopped.
So I put ~216 as the ignore level based on that. 205 was definitely way too low at any rate.

At combat level 210.25 the clops where attacking me at 211.75 they stopped attacking me.
Guessing they been tweaked again by radu.
