Manager of the winery in Fort Caladak, Morcraven Marsh, at [287, 69]. Vesine sells Wine.png Wine in batches of 20 wine for 15 gold coins after you complete the wine quest.

Note: 15 gc for 20 wine = 0.75 gc each. Taverns sell wine for 2 gc each, so her quest is very helpful.
