Rare stones
Most Rare Stones can be found by chance when harvesting. The first 4 types can be found in Minerals and Ores only, whereas the Attribute and Nexus Removal Stones can be found by harvesting anything. Perk Removal Stones can only be found as rare drops from invasion creatures.

Serpent Stone - These are also dropped by some normal creatures.
