Page changes, phase #1.
1) Converted to wikitable format.
2) Made ingredients unsortable.
3) Removed tool legend from top of page.
4) Removed tool column from table.
5) Use correct pictures for enhanced medallions, was using normal version pictures.
6) Split Nexus into separate columns, one for Artificial Nexus and one for Magic Nexus.
7) Alphabetize Ingredients for each item.
8) Listed needed tools in ingredients column for the 9 items that need tools.
9) Added new Type column: Other, Ring, Medallion or Gemstone.
