Table changes, phase #1.

1) Make Ingredients column unsortable.
2) Make Picture column unsortable.
3) Make items in Ingredients column into links.
4) Alphabetize Ingredients items.
5) Alphabetize Tools items.
6) Change heading from 'Tool" to "Tools".
7) Added 4 missing Great Titanium Short Swords.
8) Change "No" to "None" in Tools.

Table changes, phase #2.

1) Replace Stackable column with Food Used column.
2) Move Ingredients column to be the last column.
3) Move Tools column to be just in front of Ingredients.
4) Add new Type column right after Name.
5) Move Book column to be right after Type column.
