I just realized that this page isn't included in the 'encyclopedia content' on the left. Also it should be renamed to Tools/Index, I guess. Which brings up another problem, because Tools/Index is currently used for the 'Outside Tools' section.

Maybe someone who's capable of that could look into it eventually. (Because I don't know how to change it. Or even if I'd be allowed to do so)
