#rank <name> works only for rank 19 and up. We'll have to find out if the commands for all guild members really work from rank 0 (saw a mention of rank 1 somewhere on forums)

Format
What is the basic format for a guild? They are at the moment all over the place, and I'm curious if a FoCW title should be added with images fixed so they are on line with basic server pages, which seem to me the next most difficult to tell which way would be the best to format them in for the greatest clarity in content.
