I found a Cave entrance next to the rubies in Mount of Sorrow which was not mentioned in Wiki.

I went and checked everything with coords.

• Before the cave the Rubies at 135.104 are harvestable.
• There are Mugworts at 93.108 harvestable
• There are logs near the house 19.117 harvestable
• The cave entrance is at 128.93 there are rubies inside harvestable
• The cave most likely leads to the back side of the North red moon Volcano. there are rubies inside the back part of the Volcane (harvestable) you take extreme heat damage in there and you can NOT cast spells in there.
